Tasks:
- Independent order processing, processing of customer orders and deadline monitoring
- Offer processing and follow-up, invoicing and customer master data maintenance
- Competent support and advice for our customers
- Support with all administrative processes
- Coordination and tracking of processes (quotation to invoicing)
- Planning and monitoring of customer requirements
- Key figure monitoring
- Master data maintenance ERP system
- Planning customer requirements in cooperation with the work preparation department
- Close cooperation with sales field service as well as the purchasing, laboratory, logistics and work preparation departments
Profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity
- Knowledge in processing export orders/controls or declarations of origin/long term supplier declarations.
- Positive charisma, commitment and independence
- Flexibility, team orientation, initiative and willingness to work in different areas of responsibility
- Profound knowledge of MS Office programs and experience with ERP systems
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
