- Development of formulations on aqueous as well as on solvent basis
- Independent planning, execution, evaluation and documentation of tests in laboratory and production environment
- Interdepartmental supervision of development projects
- Collaboration in technical customer support and complaint handling
- Customer-oriented optimization of existing coating systems
- Further development of our quality standards
Profile
- Completed B.Sc. studies in the field of chemical engineering / paint and coatings
- Alternatively: Staatl. Certified technician in the field of paint and coatings technology or completed training as a paint laboratory technician with many years of professional experience
- Extensive expertise in the development of water-based coating systems
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Reliability, accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as a process-oriented approach to work
- High customer and service orientation
