Logistics & Shipping Clerk (m/f/d)
As a Logistics & Shipping Coordinator, you ensure that our products reach their destination reliably and on time—both domestically and internationally. In this role, you’ll work closely with freight forwarders, warehousing service providers, and internal departments.
WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

Planning and execution of domestic and international land, air, and ocean freight shipments

Entering and Processing Orders in Our ERP System

Preparation and processing of shipping and export documents

Processing Shipping Orders in Various Customer Portals

Coordination and close collaboration with freight forwarders, warehousing service providers, and internal departments

Support with organizational and administrative processes within logistics

Covering for sick leave and vacation in the Work Planning Department
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
-
Completed business training, ideally related to logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation
-
Previous work experience in logistics, scheduling, or administrative work is a plus
-
Knowledge of customs and hazardous materials regulations, particularly ADR, IMDG, and IATA
-
Excellent German language skills and good English language skills

An independent, structured, and responsible approach to work

Organizational skills and a passion for collaborating with internal and external contacts
