The program offers a wide selection of practical examples, studies and guides on topics such as working time arrangements, corporate culture, father-friendly HR policies and HR marketing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Family friendliness as a strategy for securing skilled workers<\/h2>\n<p>The aim is to convince companies of the <strong>benefits of a family-conscious HR policy<\/strong>. Against the backdrop of social, demographic and digital change as well as an increasing shortage of skilled workers, family-friendliness has established itself as a tough competitive and location factor in the German economy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"highlight-primary\">To drive forward a family-conscious working environment, the corporate program has entered into strategic collaborations with key stakeholders. These are an expression of the <strong>joint responsibility of politics and business<\/strong> for improving the compatibility of family and career.
